Beefeater Gin
Dating back to the 1860s, Beefeater London Dry Gin was first produced by James Burrough, and the botanicals and distillation process remains largely unchanged. The natural botanicals are steeped for 24 hours to extract the flavours and oils, including Seville oranges and lemon peel. The gin is distilled from 100% grain spirit and the name refers to the ‘Yeoman Warders’ known for guarding the Tower of London.
